GERALD LEWIS Passed away peacefully at Cirencester Hospital on 9th April 2014, aged 82 years Much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather. Funeral Service to take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 23rd April 2014 at 11.15am.
