HAYWARD David W Passed away suddenly on Monday, November 21st, 2016 at Bristol Royal Infirmary. Partner to Muriel and Father to Cheryl, Dale and Guy. Funeral service to be held at Gloucester Crematorium on Monday, 5th December, 12:30pm. No black please. Family flowers only with donations in lieu gratefully received by Frampton Table Tennis Club c/o L.W.Clutterbuck Ltd.
