FOWLER Penelope Hope Of Painswick. Died peacefully on the 29th December 2016 in her 90th year. Widow of Jim Fowler, mother of Sarah and Mark, grandmother to Matthew and Rebecca. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Mary’s Church, Painswick on Friday 13th January 2017 at 3 pm.
