HARPER Desmond Arthur Valentine (Former Chairman of Stroud District Council) Died peacefully at home with his family around him, on 1st April, aged 87 years. Dearly loved husband of Grace, much loved dad of Philip and Elisha (Lea), special grampy and great-grampy. The Funeral Service will take place at The Church of The Immaculate Conception on Wednesday 26th April at 11am, followed by burial at Stroud Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
