PHELAN Mike Of Stroud. Formerly Wallingford, Oxfordshire. Sadly died at home on Friday 16th February aged 80 years. Loving husband of Dottie, father to Linda and Clare and grandpa to Sam, Edward and Lottie. There will be a graveside service at Stroud Cemetery on Monday 5th March at 12 noon. All welcome.
