Martin Clifford Cook Of Chalford Hill. Died on 15th May 2012, aged 70 years. There will be a committal service at Westerleigh Crematorium, BS37 8QP on Friday 8th June at 2pm. This will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at 3.30pm at The Methodist Chapel, Chalford Hill, GL6 8EN (close to The Old Neighbourhood Inn). Afterwards tea and cakes will be served. Please confirm if you are able to attend to the Funeral Directors.
