2. The Gloucestershire County Council Bus Lane Order 2017 shall come into operation on the 15th January 2018
and may be cited as the Gloucestershire County Council Bus Lane Order 2017. This administrative change updates the basis of all Bus Lanes in Gloucestershire, including any made in the future, and therefore potentially affects every District and Parish. The following roads currently have bus lanes that will be included in the proposed Order:
- A40 Gloucester Road, Cheltenham

- A40 Lansdown Road (eastbound), Cheltenham

- Albion Street, Cheltenham

- Bristol Road (Podsmead), Gloucester

- Bristol Road (Quedgeley), Gloucester

- Brunswick Road, Gloucester

GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ON STREET PARKING ORDER 2017 BY REVOKING ALL EXISTING SEALED PLANS AND REPLACING WITH A NEW SET OF SEALED PLANS
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made a Variation under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 ("the 2017 Order") by revoking the existing sealed plans affixed with the common seal of the County Counci and incorporated within the 2017 Order. These are now replaced by a new set of sealed plans incorporated within the 2017 Order This is principally an administrative change which will permit the County Council to replace the current map based system with a newversion which shows the parking restrictions in a newvisual format. In moving between the digital mapping systems, several visualisation inconsistences were identified between the digital record and a number of the sealed plans. In carrying out this exercise the plans referred to in the schedule below have been corrected to remove any anomalies, full details of which are to be found in the accompanying Statement of Reasons:
SCHEDULE
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)
to temporarily close part of road number 3/181 Old Tetbury Road at the zebra crossing between Old Tetbury
Road and Sheep Street for a distance of approximately 100 metres
The reason for the closure is to accommodate relay blocks in the carriageway
The road is expected to be closed on 14th and 21st January 2018 only or until the works have been

This Variation shall come into operation within 14 days of confirmation and may be cited as the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 By amending the Plans to (Prohibit and Restrict the Waiting along Various Roads within the Cotswold District and Forest of Dean District) 2018

The lengths of roads fall within various Towns and Parishes in the Cotswold District and the Forest of Dean District in the County of Gloucestershire The usual exemptions will apply to Statutory Undertakers and Local Authority vehicles carrying out duties in exercise of their statutory powers, and also in the case of emergency services vehicles and disabled persons vehicles

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 29th December 2017 Gloucestershire County Council made an Order
under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to revoke and replace the existing Traffic Regulation Orders governing Bus Lanes in Gloucestershire. This is an administrative change to ensure the content of the Traffic Regulation Order reflects current working practices and Council Policy and provides a consistent basis for all Bus Lanes in the County. This is a largely administrative process, although some small changes to some bus lane restrictions will be made to bring them in line with current County Policy/practice. 1. The Gloucestershire County Council Bus Lane Order 2017 will revoke and replace the following Orders or parts of Orders:

This administrative change updates the plans throughout the County and therefore affects every District. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 3/169 HIGH STREET (PARISH OF MEYSEY HAMPTON) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intends to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of road number 3/169 High Street from the 30mph signs south of the village of Meysey Hampton to approximately 200 metres north east of the 30mph signs. The reason for the closure is to carry out drainage works.
The road is expected to be closed from 22nd January 2018 until 26th January 2018 or until the works have been completed.
