Valentine vows

VALENTINE'S Day 2002 was an extra-special one for a romantic couple who tied the knot on Thursday.

Alberto Saucedo from Argentina and Vicky Owen from North Wales married at Stroud register office in Parliament Street - and allowed the News & Journal to join them just as the ceremony concluded.

The couple are spending their honeymoon in Bournemouth and will make their home in Stonehouse.

Joining them on the big day were many family and friends, including their 18-month-old daughter Amber.
