A HIGH Court in London has ruled that a popular farm park, which has been visited by thousands of families since it opened to the public in 1988, must stay closed.
St Augustines Farm at Arlingham is run by Robert and Elaine Jewell and has been in the same family for five generations but the farm was forced to close four years ago due to a family dispute.
The Jewells are now considering an appeal to the House of Lords.
