Spicing up tradition

A CINDERELLA with a kinky twist will be seen strutting out at Horsley Village Hall next week.

Performers have got together to spice up the traditional pantomime a little, with all proceeds going to charity. Rosa Verse, who plays the wicked step-mother, said that the performance 'will certainly be spiced up'.

"I play the wicked step-mother domanatrix style," said Rosa. "We hope as many people as possible come along to support the event," she added. "I'd like to thank Phoenix Rising in Stroud who loaned us the leather outfit."

The pantomime runs from Thursday, February 27 until Saturday, March 1.

Performances on the Thursday and Friday will take place at 7.30pm whilst there will be a toned-down 2pm showing on Saturday for the younger generation, followed by a full-throttle evening performance at 7.30pm.

The panto is in aid of Winston's Wish and tickets are priced at £5 and £2.50 concessions. Tickets can be purchased from Horsley Village stores.
