Back in the spotlight

SCREEN icon Marilyn Monroe is back in the spoltlight forty years after her death in a biographical play that is currently touring the South West.

Still Marilyn revolves around the intimate relationship between the screen goddess and Eve Arnold, a young female photographer.

Written by an up-and-coming writer, Kate Bramley - who worked until recently with Hull Truck and John Godber - the play focuses on Marilyn at the height of her fame.

It offers a 'revealing insight into the private life of one of the most famous women on earth'.

Still Marilyn plays at Theatre Royal, Bath's Ustinov Studio from Thursday, February 27 to Saturday, March 1 and also at the Roses Theatre Tewkesbury on Tuesday, March 11. Tickets are available from the respective box offices.
