50K coke pusher to pay back just £400

COCAINE pusher Samuel Bence will have to pay back just £400 of the £50,000 he made from drug dealing.

Bench, 28, and brother Seth, 24, both of Willowfields, Lansdown, Stroud were each jailed for three years nine months last year for their roles in supplying cocaine in the Five Valleys.

The pair were back at Gloucester Crown Court last Tuesday for a hearing to determine how much cash can be clawed back from the proceeds of their crimes.

Prosecutor Rupert Lowe said £48,632 had gone through several of Samuel Bence's accounts during the period of his dealing but that just £400 remained.

Defence barrister Paul Cook said this sum had already been paid back.

Seth Bence was found to have made £1,100 but only had £150 remained, which will be confiscated.

Both brothers were returned to HMP Erlestoke in Wiltshire to serve out the remainder of their sentences.
