THE Dutch Weidler String Quartet is to give a concert in the British School Hall in Stroud on Friday at 7.30pm.
The group will perform Four Centuries of Music for Four Stringed Instruments, with a programme featuring pieces by Byrd, Purcell, Shostakovich, Webern and others.
Tickets (£15, students £5) are available from Star Anise Café (01453 840021), which will be open before the concert and during the interval.
The British School Hall is on Slad Road, Stroud.
