PIANIST Oogoo Maia leads a classical musical tour through the 16th, 17th and 18th Centuries, at the Museum in the Park, on Friday, 7.30pm.

In a concert entitled Music in the Home, Oogoo will present styles of domestic music-making that were popular during the period, including pieces by J S Bach, Rodrigues Coelho and Couperin, performed on the virginal and clavichord.

The concert takes place in the oak-panelled Collector's Rooom. After the musical entertainment, refreshments will be served and guests can explore the museum displays, housed in the historic 17th Century mansion house of Stratford Park. Tickets available from the museum (01453 763394).
