ON FRIDAY, January 30, Cirencester’s Brewery Blues welcomes Liverpudlian troubadour Robert Vincent at the very start of his headline national tour.

Billed as the new Van Morrison, Rob must be one of the hardest working men in show business having played more than 200 gigs in the last year.

His earthy sound is a fusion of folk, rock, blues and country. Rob’s debut album Life in Easy Steps made it on to the BBC2 playlist, taking the listener through the highs and lows of life’s emotional ups and downs. 2015 is set to be a huge year for him and will see the long anticipated release of his second album.

Rob will be joined on stage by Anna Corcoran to create a unique sound which draws influence from duets such as Robert Plant & Alison Krauss’ album Raising Sand. Anna was recently nominated for Female Artist of The Year at the Liverpool Music Awards. Her single The Show received national radio play on BBC Radio 2 & BBC 6 Music and her recent appearance at The Unity Theatre in Liverpool was a smash sell-out. This is Anna’s third appearance at the Brewery where she is always a firm favourite with the discerning, appreciative audience.

A New Year means a fresh start and White Lilac will turn heads very soon. Having spent the last couple of years as an acoustic solo artist, singer/songwriter Faye Rogers alongside fellow musicians Curtis Warner, Emma Thorton and Tom Counihan have now re-emerged as an indie rock four-piece – moving on from their acoustic past.

Having been tipped by BBC Introducing in the West, Faye sees her sound evolving into something truly special. White Lilac’s first official release Night Visions replaces what was once summery and full of warmth with something more sincere, vulnerable, and tensely atmospheric.
