KRISS Foster is an average man in a leopard suit.
Together with his “friend” Mr Ferris (a man of few words), Foster has charmed audiences for years with his beautifully written songs, stories, drawings and souvenirs, many exploring the minutiae of his home town of Lancaster and its surrounding motorways service facilities.
The pair bring their hit 2014 Edinburgh Fringe show, This Bag’s For The Charity Shop to town this week, with an appearance at Mr Fluffypunk’s Penny Gaff.
Hosted by poet and comedian Jonny Fluffypunk, the Gaff brings to Stroud some of the best, quirkiest and most interesting performers from the UK’s comedy, spoken word and alternative cabaret scenes.
Plus comic poet Clare Ferguson-Walker, doom-poet Bill Jones, DJs til late, silly competitions and a film or two.
All at SVA, John Street, on Saturday at 7.30pm.
