THE Miserden 8s Music, Beer and Cricket Festival returns to Stroud this weekend, with three jam-packed days of entertainment.
Now in its sixth year, this summer celebration of leather on willow and live music kicks off on Friday at 6pm.
A sunshine soundtrack courtesy of Bristol funk quartet Errol’s Kitchen, Popgang, Cuba Libre, and more, plus DJs El Rewind, Nige Deane (Disco Sucks), Stroud Global Beats and Mr Mullato will play out as local pub teams battle for supremacy in this Five Valley’s test match special.
The Eights takes place at Miserden Cricket Ground. Entry is £5, camping and parking free. Food and drink available all weekend.
£1 of each entry will be donated to Meningitis Now.
