Saturday, July 18:
The Manor, Little Compton, Moreton-In-Marsh, Gloucestershire. C16 historic manor house (not open) and four acres of stunning gardens set in a beautiful location in village of Little Compton.
Enjoy the many garden rooms, the long herbaceous borders, deer walk, Japanese garden, flower garden, arboretum and specimen trees.
Open 2 - 5pm. Admission £5, child free. Home-made teas.
Sunday, July 19:
Trench Hill, Sheepscombe, Gloucestershire. Approx three acres set in small woodland with panoramic views.
Variety of herbaceous and mixed borders, rose garden, extensive vegetable plots, wild flower areas, plantings of spring bulbs with thousands of snowdrops and hellebores, woodland walk, two small ponds, waterfall and larger conservation pond.
Open 11am - 6pm. Admission £4, child free. Home-made teas.
Westonbirt School Gardens, Tetbury, Gloucestershire.
28 acres. Former private garden of Robert Holford, founder of Westonbirt Arboretum. Formal Victorian gardens incl walled Italian garden now restored with early herbaceous borders and exotic border.
Rustic walks, lake, statuary and grotto. Rare, exotic trees and shrubs. Beautiful views of Westonbirt House.
Open 11am - 5pm. Admission £8, child free. Tea in the Great Hall, tea coffee and biscuits.
