THE garden of Chedworth Manor is the venue of choice for Chedworth Drama Productions’ venture into open air Shakespeare with the ever popular comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream from September 2-5.

Directed by Ross Aldridge and produced by Martin Abbott, the cast includes specially selected actors from the length and breadth of Gloucestershire and also encompasses the talents of the local school and horses from the village.

A substantial part of the proceeds will be allocated to two charities: Winston’s Wish, which provides help for bereaved children and Friends of St.Andrew’s Chedworth, supporting the fabric of the local church.

The performances take place from September 2 -5 every evening at 7pm with a matinee at 2.30pm on the Saturday.

Seating is under cover and the gardens are available for a pre- performance picnic.
