COTSWOLD-based artist Anita Saunders draws on her lifelong love of the countryside and the vivid colours associated with identifiable seasons in her latest exhibition in Cirencester.
Her exhibition at the New Brewery Arts Pop-up gallery in Cirencester from August 18-30 is called ‘Animal Instincts’.
The show will feature a range of oil paintings, fine art prints (drypoint, mezzotint and linocut) and soft furnishings incorporating some of her designs.
All the work is inspired by The Cotswolds.
The Cotswolds has been home to generations of Anita’s family.
Anita said: “The animals and plants we share our lives with and the vivid colours associated with identifiable seasons are the focus of this exhibition; something I hope will help to create connections with the viewer and resonate with people who come to see my work.”
