THE Body Workshop Dance in Cirencester put on an Essentially English show for audiences in three performances over January 27 - 28 at Bingham Hall.
This year’s show involved 100 dancers, aged between 5 and 21.
Dances varied from Changing Guards at Buckingham Palace to James Bond to Paddington in styles including jazz, ballet, tap and contemporary.
Proceeds from the show will be donated to Acorns Children’s Hospice who provide care and support to children and young people with life threatening or life limiting conditions and their families.
Positive comments from parents included “we thoroughly enjoyed the performances”, “another brilliant show” and “the confidence it gives the children is invaluable”.
The Body Workshop Dance welcomes dancers of all ages and abilities, please email katharine@thebodyworkshop.net for more information on our inclusive classes.
