ALEX Edwards will present An Exhibition of Woodcut Prints at The Attic Space, Kendrick Street Gallery on April 8.
Edwards is a local artist who studied at Ruskin Mill College and Stroud College before completing his Illustration Diploma at University in Cheltenham.
The constant theme in his work is wildlife.
Inspired by the nature that surrounds him, Alex hand carves wood blocks to create beautiful prints.
Mainly working in black and white, his prints are bold and full of life, beauty and humour.
- His upcoming exhibition runs until April 22.
