THE 29th Barnsley Village Garden Festival opens on Saturday, May 20 from 10.30am - 5pm with a host of village gardens open for visitors to enjoy.
Gardens include Barnsley House, Barnsley Park, The Dower House, The Little House, Herbs for Healing garden and Oxwold House.
A guest judge will judge and award prizes to the best village open gardens.
Enjoy a barbecue and village hall teas. Craft, local produce and plant stalls, jazz, bell ringing and ladies’ choir.
Maypole dancing and Morris Dancers.

Garden passports £7 (children under 14 free).
