THE latest winner of The Great British Bake Off, Candice Brown, will headline the 2017 Gloucester Quays Food Festival from July 28 to 30.
On the Sunday, Candice will demonstrate the stunning traditional and vintage-inspired baking which has made her the talk of the culinary world.
Other star attractions include Stefan Gates of Nickelodeon’s Incredible Edibles, on July 28. He will be presenting spectacular food science tricks and wild and wacky cooking ideas for kids of all ages.
Then the men behind the Fabulous Baker Brothers on Channel 4 will head up Saturday.
Entry to all these cooking demonstrations is free for the first time and their stars will be sticking around for book signings.
Guests can also enjoy live entertainment, an eclectic mix of stalls, and a vintage bus bar.
