ANTIC Disposition's thrilling new production of Richard III will be in Gloucester Cathedral tomorrow and Saturday, July 21 and 22.
The award-winning theatre company is on tour, performing in historic cathedrals across England, focussing on locations that have a connection with the controversial historical figure.
Shakespeare's tale is set after the War of the Roses when King Edward IV came to power. But Richard, the Duke of Gloucester, is in no mind to celebrate the peace. He soon carves a path to the throne, but as the body count rises, Richard finds that a kingship built on blood offers little security.
