THE annual May garden opening and plant sale at Stowell Park near Northleach, is being held on Sunday, May 20 with all proceeds shared between Stowell and Yanworth churches, the National Gardens Scheme, Royal British Legion (Chedworth & District) and Macmillan Nurses.
Visitors will have the chance to buy home propagated plants and explore one of the Cotswolds' finest gardens.
Open from 2-5pm. Cream teas served in the ballroom.
Car parking is free. No dogs.
The gardens will be open again in aid of the Royal British Legion on Sunday, June 24 (2-5pm) and in aid of Cobalt on Sunday, July 1 (2-5pm).
Directions to Stowell Park: From Cirencester take the A429 (Fosseway) north towards Stow. After Fossebridge follow the high stone wall on your left until you reach the gate lodge and then turn left into the drive. From the A40 take the A429 (Fosseway) south towards Cirencester, cross the traffic lights at Northleach and, after approximately one mile, follow the high stone wall on your right until you reach the gate lodge and then turn right into the drive. The entrance will be clearly marked by yellow signs.
