TURNER prize winning artist Grayson Perry brought the glamour of the international art world to New Brewery Arts in Cirencester when he officially launched the centre following its £2.8M refurbishment.
Grayson gave a fascinating talk to a packed theatre before doing the honours with his opening speech at the evening celebration, which was held last week.
The event followed a ten year campaign to upgrade the buildings.
"It's been a great success and now we can look forward to providing wonderful arts opportunities for people locally, regionally and nationally for many years to come," said Ali Russell, centre director.
