Competition for budding illustrators

ARTISTS and illustrators are invited to submit their artwork to this year's Cheltenham Illustration Awards.

After its inception last year, the award organisers are seeking entries from recent arts graduates in the emerging talent category and those currently in education in the student section.

The entries on the theme of Tall Tales will be judged by a panel of professional illustrators and the best entries along with the work of acclaimed professional illustrators will be published in an annual and showcased at an exhibition in October at the Summerfield Gallery at Pittville Studios.

The deadline for entries is May 9.
