Seven days of jazz

SEVEN days of jazz come to Cheltenham.

It's the return of the jazz festival, and music will take over the whole town as it branches out through venues in the area, from now until Monday.

There's jazz legends and new faces, club nights and jazz standards, big bands and soloists, from funk to fusion, Latin to soul, hip hop to post punk.

Van Morrison, Courtney Pine and Ruby Turner will all be there.

There's also a family breakfast show, schools' concerts, master classes and free fringe events round town.

Cheltenham Jazz Festival runs until - May 5. For more information and to book tickets contact the Box Office on 01242 227979 or visit www.cheltenhamfestivals.com
