NEW poems from some of Stroud's finest wordsmiths will accompany this year's Stroud Water Textile Festival.
Poets will be popping up at here and there to read textile inspired work, poems will be pasted up around town, and a pamphlet of textile poetry is being published.
There will be a celebration of the publication of Cutting the Cloth, Threads and Yarns, which features 16 poems by eight different poets at Star Anise Cafe tomorrow (Thursday) at 8pm, with Jeff Cloves, Dennis Gould, Helena Petre, Anna-Mai Aberdein, Tom Meadley, Richard Austin, Alan Peacey, and the work of Adam Horovitz.
