VINTAGE fashion store Time After Time is going up in the world, literally, by opening a second floor at its High Street premises in Stroud.
Joint owner Dave Ireland said: "The official opening is on Wednesday, 12 December, after which we will be a department store of sorts.
"We are opening on an auspicious day - the 12th day of the 12th month of the 12th year of the century - and we'll be cutting the ribbon at 12.12pm to open our new floor."
The family-run shop - Dave's wife Sandra is joint owner, while their son Toby works with them - offers a range of vintage clothing, dating from 1860 and including antique, vintage, retro and designer pieces.
Dave said: "The new second floor will house our men's department and seasonal wear for ladies. It will also be home to our new themed events on Sundays, including a wedding fair and coffee concerts.
"We are very excited, this is something we have wanted to do for a long time and it celebrates the fact that we're now into our fifth year and still here."
The shop is currently offering a Double Your Money Deal.
Buy a £10 voucher from the store's website - www.stroudvintage.com - and Dave will double it to £20 for you to spend in the store.
