A 20-YEAR-OLD man was assaulted in Stroud in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The man was walking along Elm Road between midnight and 2am on Sunday, January 27, when it is thought that he was punched, causing him to hit his head on a wall.
He sustained head injuries and was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation should call police on 101 quoting incident 282 of January 29.
