Woman, 60, appears in court accused of harassing her 85-year-old neighbour

A SIXTY-year-old woman has appeared in court accused of harassing her 85-year-old neighbour.
Philippa Neale of Bunting Way, Nailsworth, is accused of throwing rubbish over a fence into her neighbour's garden and also damaging the neighbour's CCTV camera on Tuesday, August 14 last year.
Neale is also accused of verbally abusing five female care staff who attend to her neighbour.
She pleaded not guilty to two harassment charges at Stroud Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
A trial is due to take place at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday, June 28 as long as she is considered mentally fit.
