After 20 years, Winstones finally gets planning permission for ice cream parlour on Rodborough Common

WINSTONES Ice Cream has been granted planning permission to build a parlour at its site on Rodborough Common.
An original application for a sit-down ice cream parlour was submitted 20 years ago but was refused by planners.
The company said on Twitter: "Glorious news - after trying for more than 20 years we finally have planning permission granted to build our parlour."
The work is expected to be complete by next winter.
