PUPILS at a school in Whitminster will all be taught under one roof after a successful bid for funding.
Two brand new classrooms are being built at Whitminster Primary School as part of a £300,000 project that will allow all the children at the school to be taught in the same building from September.
Governors and staff put in a successful bid for county council funding which has made the work possible, and contributed £30,000 from school funds.
Head teacher, Lisa Hinkley, said: "There is a lot of excitement at the school for the new classrooms and the pupils are looking forward to being taught together in one main building."
