Tristan, 19, is part of the Star Bistro team at National Star College who won their regional heat on an episode of new ITV series Food Glorious Food screened on Wednesday, February 27.

Their Pimm's summer jelly won the praise of the judges which include Anne Harrison, Tom Parker Bowles and Stacie Stewart.
