A BROKEN down articulated lorry is causing long delays in Stroud.
The lorry is blocking lanes on the A419 at B4066 Selsley Hill (Sainsbury's Roundabout) causing congestion to the A4171 Paganhill Lane / B4008 Westward Road (Cainscross Roundabout).
