PRINCESS Anne launched the British Nutrition Foundation’s healthy eating week during a visit to Brimscombe Primary School earlier today, Monday.
HRH was given a tour of the school in Brimscombe Hill by the headteacher Karen Riordan and was introduced to the school’s two goats, Viola and Zeta, by the leaders of the school council, Isabell Usher, 11, and Louis Russell, 11.
The Princess Royal later attended a special assembly about healthy eating where pupils told her what they would be learning during the upcoming week.
HRH was given a posy of flowers and basket of homemade scones, which some of the pupils had made earlier, to take home with her.
