A 30-YEAR-OLD man who assaulted two people was caught because his DNA was found in a bite mark on one of his victims.
Neil Rigby of Boddington Drive, Kingsway, was remanded in custody after he pleaded guilty to asssaulting Rocco Zimbalatti and Sam Elliot causing them both actual bodily harm on March 25 last year.
Rigby failed to turn up on time for the hearing at Gloucester Crown Court on Tuesday, June 18, and by the time he arrived a warrant had been issued for his arrest.
Judge Jamie Tabor QC remanded him in custody until July 9 for a pre-sentence report.
