HUNDREDS of shoppers celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Emmaus charity shop in Nailsworth on Saturday.
Staff and volunteers thanked residents for their loyal support with a bumper sale plus tea, coffee and live music throughout the day.
Dozens of customers also took part in a cow naming challenge after staff at the Market Street shop raised money to buy four cattle for an Indian orphanage.
Shop assistant Adrian Blair said: "We rely on our loyal customers and this was a way to thank them for their support over the years.
"Children at the orphanage will have access to fresh milk and will be able to sell the surplus of milk at local markets to generate income."
