A 30-YEAR-OLD man who assaulted two people was caught because his DNA was found in a bite mark on one of his victims.
Neil Rigby, of Boddington Drive, Kingsway, Quedgeley, pleading guilty to assaulting Rocco Zimbalatti and Sam Elliot causing them actual bodily harm on March 25 last year.
He was remanded in custody at Gloucester Crown Court last Tuesday, June 18, and will be sentenced on July 9.
