AN appeal against Stroud District Council's decision to refuse planning permission for a house to be built on land at Eight Gables in Cirencester Road, Minchinhampton has been successful. The application, which was refused in January, was for a house to be built on land in the garden of Eight Gables which is opposite Minchinhampton Common. It can now be built subject to conditions.
