A BARN can be converted into a holiday home at Hyde Riding Centre near Minchinhampton, a planning inspector has ruled.
The inspector overturned a decision by Stroud District Council, which refused to allow a change of use from a barn to a holiday let.
However, the inspector ruled that the building can only be used as holiday accommodation and must not be occupied as a sole place of residence.
