STAFF at a lingerie boutique in Nailsworth are calling on women to bin their bras for a good cause.
This month, to mark breast cancer awareness month, Knickerbockers, in Fountain Street, is taking in old bras to be recycled with money raised donated to the Breast Cancer Campaign.
“Cancer is one of the biggest killers in women and breast cancer awareness month is getting bigger and bigger so we want to do our bit,” said shop owner Verity Symcox.
“We are going to put another drop off in our other shop Vérité Louise in Cheltenham.”
Knickerbockers and Vérité Louise will be running the campaign throughout October
Bras can be dropped off at either store Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm.
