VOLUNTEER and Community Action (VCA) is holding its AGM on October 17 at the Old Town Hall in Stroud.
BBC Radio Gloucestershire’s breakfast presenter Mark Cummings will be the guest speaker at the event, which runs from noon until 2pm.
VCA runs Ring and Ride, the Volunteer Car Service and the Volunteer Centre, providing community services right across the Stroud district.
