A DIESEL spill caused the A419 between the Horsetrough roundabout and Oldends Lane to close for 12 hours.
The spill happened as a result of a collision between a white BMW 3-series, driven by a 42-year-old Stroud man, and a milk tanker, driven by a 57-year-old man from Gloucester, at 4.50pm on Thursday, October 10.
Neither driver was seriously injured and did not require medical treatment, but the A419 was closed for around 12 hours as diesel that was spilled as a result of the collision had to cleared up by council highways officials.
