Man charged in connection with fatal collision in Cheltenham
A MAN has been charged in connection to a collision on the Bath Road in Cheltenham, following which a 19-year-old pedestrian died.
On Friday, Lance Hepworth, 67, of Penrith Close in Cheltenham was charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention.
He has been bailed to appear at Stroud Magistrates Court on Monday January 6.
Katie Clutterbuck passed away in Frenchay Hospital following the collision, which happened at approximately 12.40am on Sunday, September 15.
