A MAN has been arrested in connection with several incidents of indecent behaviour in Stroud.
A 12-year-old girl reported encountering a man who exposed himself close to Merrywalks footbridge on Monday, December 9.
Later on that week a 10-year-old girl and 12-year-old girl reported that a man had followed them while committing a lewd act close to Stratford Park car park.
A 25-year-old Stroud man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and engaging in sexual activity in front of a child in connection with the case and has been bailed to attend Gloucester police station on January 30.
Officers are linking these incidents to two others in which girls were followed in the Stratford Park area.
They are also urging anyone else who may have experienced suspicious activity in the area to come forward on 101.
