CHILDREN at Severn View Primary Academy got a kick out of a visit from Cheltenham Town footballers.
Players Troy Brown and Byron Harrison arrived at the Stroud school with an inflatable goal and demonstrated their penalty shooting skills on Thursday, December 18.
Children then recorded the speed of their own penalties with 10-year-old Bayley Evanson's strike measuring the fastest at 40mph before the event ended with a question and answer session,
The pupils are looking forward to supporting Cheltenham Town FC as their flying squad in the New Year when they will have an opportunity to welcome the teams onto the pitch.
