Firefighters attend 5am kitchen fire in Bowbridge

A FIRE broke out at a house in Bowbridge, Stroud in the early hours of Monday morning.

Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the fire which originated in the kitchen of the house at 5am.

Two pumps from Stroud station with nine firefighters attended and were on scene for approximately one hour.

No injuries were sustained and the fire is not being treated as suspicious.
